Bakhashwein Enterprises started with one person, one repair bench, and no capital — and grew into a technology group of four specialist brands in Mombasa, Kenya.
Bakhashwein Enterprises traces back to a simple decision: build the skill first, and let the business follow. Fon-Fix Repairs opened in 2019 with no starting capital behind it — just hands-on technical ability, built up screen by screen, board by board, and a willingness to figure things out on the job.
That approach — learn the craft properly, then let it earn its keep — is still how every brand in the group gets built. It's also the message at the centre of the group's story: that young entrepreneurs in Kenya don't need to wait for capital to start creating opportunity. They need to start.
On 20th December 2025, that single repair shop was formally restructured under Bakhashwein Enterprises, a technology group created to give strategic oversight and shared standards to what had, by then, grown into several distinct disciplines. Security and surveillance work — until then handled under Fon-Fix — was spun out into its own dedicated brand, CamAccess Technology. Alongside them, TrueSite Digital and RepairMatrix were built as the group's digital and software arms: one to give brands (and outside businesses) a proper web presence, the other to run repair shops on software shaped by real experience behind the counter.
